Congratulations 🏆 to our latest training program graduate, Matt Wilson! Matt comes to us from New Mexico, and is our new inventory and purchasing specialist 📫 He has plenty of experience in a similar role with the Air Force, so he's a great addition to the team. The training program looks a little different for an inventory specialist as opposed to a technician, but learning the same values makes sure our whole team operates under one shared vision 🗺️ He still learned about the importance of eagerly accepting challenges, perseverance, the servant attitude, white glove service, and face-time with clients. Now he's ready to supply our techs and help them serve our clients!
We can't believe Sam and Connor Carroll have been with SJ Rollins for 5 years! 💐 Both of these guys have taken their careers in surprising directions thanks to their passion and dedication. Sam started out running our inventory, but, after teaching himself JavaScript and C#, quickly rose to be one of our star programmers 🌠 Connor started out as a sysadmin with an interest in cybersecurity 🔍 Thanks to the certifications he's acquired and security initiatives he's spearheaded , he's now a security operations engineer. Congratulations to both of you on this milestone 🎆 and the accomplishments you've made along the way!
