We knew as soon as Jack started that he'd be great at working with clients 🌞 He has a positive attitude about everything from troubleshooting DNS to tackling printer issues. In addition to his enjoyment for being helpful, Jack also loves to learn 🏫 When we asked him about the best parts of his job, one of the first things he mentioned was gaining new skills every day. Jack has a lot of skills you might expect, like working with printers and network issues, plus some surprising ones like his incredible patience and the ability to do a backflip! Another skill he's working on is auto repair - but not for his car. He recently helped his future father-in-law replace the brakes on his fiancee's car 🥰 Speaking of which, be sure to congratulate Jack on his recent engagement and wedding this summer!
